Delete your TokChek account

Deleting your account deletes all its sessions, with their recordings, transcripts, claims and results, and your email address and settings. It can’t be undone.

In the app

Open Settings and choose Delete account. This works for every account, including one without an email address. To delete just one session, open its report and choose Delete session at the end.

Here, with your email address

If your account has an email address, you can delete it here without the app.

If you can’t use either

Write to privacy@tokchek.com from the email address your account uses, or tell us what you know about the account. We will confirm that it is yours and delete it.

What we keep

Nothing from your account, except a note that an account was deleted, with its date. Copies in our database provider’s backups are replaced within 7 days. Our privacy policy has the details.
